All students are welcome, whether they have a professional dance career in mind, wish to pursue examinations or want to take dance classes purely for enjoyment, exercise and the challenge that dance training presents.
A solid technical foundation in classical ballet and modern jazz has always formed the core of RCSB’s dance programme. RCSB also offers the dance styles of acro, lyrical contemporary and musical theatre.

Election deadline is this week — Anyone running for mayor, council, or school board trustee has until Aug. 21 at 2 p.m. to file nomination papers for Guelph’s 2026 municipal election.
Niska lands are officially listed for sale — A 20-acre parcel near Niska Road and Pioneer Trail has been posted as a residential development opportunity, after months of debate over the future of the land.
Downtown intersection reopens — The Macdonell and Wyndham intersection has reopened on schedule, marking another major milestone in the downtown construction project. The next big phase starts after Labour Day.
New foster-care program coming to Guelph — Wyndham House is launching a new licensed children’s care residence this fall to help keep local youth in care closer to their schools, families, and community.
City wants residents on advisory committees — Applications are now open for City advisory committees covering areas like accessibility, arts, heritage, planning, transportation, waste, water, and the environment.
Guelph pushes province on local priorities — City leaders used the AMO conference to advocate for healthcare support, community paramedicine funding, infrastructure, and more investment tied to the University of Guelph’s agri-food work.
