Business Spotlight
Pressed for Time Paninis
One of (if not) the best sandwiches places in the city is definitely Pressed for Time Paninis located in the downtown core close to the Go Train station. A grab and go place that makes from scratch sandwiches and paninis for breakfast and lunch as well as catering. Be sure to check their hours before visiting, but it’s a local place you don’t want to skip. You can visit their website here and their Instagram here.
Bar of the Week
Recently, I visited Two Faces Wine Bar in downtown and was instantly impressed by the warm, cozy and hip vibe, along with the quality and taste of their wine… If you are looking for a chill spot to have a few (or many) glasses of wine with a partner or friends. This is the place to go. Click here to visit their website or Instagram.
Have You Noticed?

You might be beginning to notice a big shift in Canadians opting to purchase more locally sources products. Many stores are now starting to help consumers by labelling products as Made in Canada or Product of Canada. Be on the lookout for these. If you do choose to purchase Canadian sourced products, be sure to look out for Guelph sourced items as well. Visiting the local farmers market every Saturday is a great way to shop and support local. Plus it’s fun and has great food 🙂
